Overview
Citi is a global financial institution operating at a multi-trillion-dollar scale across capital markets.
For Investment Banking, this application is the primary system for core workflows, used by junior bankers, Records Management Officers (RMOs), and senior leadership across ECM, DCM, and M&A.
It supports the full deal lifecycle, including compliance and long-term records retention, and must enable high-stakes decision-making at scale.

Senior UI/UX Designer
Year
2025
Citi’s bankers use fragmented, outdated tools, and this work unifies them into a single streamlined platform.
Our Challenges and Goals
Citi’s Investment Banking teams rely on four separate internal applications to manage core workflows across the deal lifecycle. These tools are outdated, fragmented, and missing key functionality, often forcing users to rely on manual workarounds.
This fragmentation leads to tool-switching, inefficiencies, and increased cognitive load—especially in high-pressure, time-sensitive banking environments.
The goal of this work is to unify these applications into a single platform, streamlining workflows and enabling bankers to manage deals, compliance, and records in one place.

My Role
I collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ideate, wireframe, design, and test solutions across the platform.
My primary focus is on deal pipeline and records retention experiences, designing workflows that support complex investment banking processes while remaining clear, consistent, and scalable.
